GeoBender's BeachArt Leaves Impression on Chicago for Second Year!

The fantastical team at Geobender, Andreas Hoenigschmid, Klaus Mielke & Thomas Kies, along with Alex Fuhrer from Nextoy created stunning BeachArt to inspire CHITAG attendees once again this year... and topped last year's creation, which surprised everyone, especially us at CHITAG as it took a day to figure out who the mystery artist were!!!

Here are images we were treated to this year! The BeachArt is approximately 400 x 100 feet of pure joy and imagination enjoyed by tens of thousands of people in hotels and high rises overlooking Navy Pier! They worked on it from 1am to 5am in the morning. The sand was mostly ice, which required a lot more muscle this year.
