Epic Event! There was energy in the air. The new venue staff, the move in, booth materials, and the move out process was so much better, easier and faster than at the previous convention center. I was impressed that every single convention center staff member was so courteous and helpful. From the telephone reception and dock security guard to the back-office support team and management. Help and information was nearby throughout the show. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. The show itself was a huge success for us, we sold-out of all our products. Strong traffic and the right mix of signage combined with a welcoming booth created an atmosphere that customers and professionals felt comfortable staying, talking, learning, and buying! The bonus pleasant surprise were all the Fair volunteers, as well as team mascots and movie characters walking around on the show floor. That was matched only by the CHITAG/POP staff and exhibitor camaraderie! In 2019 we tested our prototype products at CHITAG’s Inventor Conference and now we are selling.
